4. Worst of all they have a ball room thing going on (each weekend) - result: Lots of people partying everywhere (like in front of your window in the middle of the night) Though the frontdesk cared immediately it is still very disappointing.

5. My first negative experience was with front desk clerk whom was unfriendly, robot-like behavior, she assigned me to a smoking room when a Non-smoking was requested, she advised all other rooms were already reserved (I was checking in at 4pm on a Saturday in a non-resort location).
