4. I asked the guy at the registration desk if we could have a bellman help us with all our luggage, and he told me that he normally does that, but due to the convention, he was the only one available to man the front desk.

8. STAFF DIDNT KNOW WHERE HALF THE ACTIVITIES WERE AND WERE NOT VERY HELPFUL---POOL IS LOCATED IN A BAD SPOT AND ON FRIDAYS HAS EVERY MEXICAN IN CALIFORNIA DANCING TO SALSA--RUINS THE HOTEL FOR ITS GUEST.
