1. The airport shuttle arrived 10 minutes after I called them, the driver was courteous, check-in was a breeze, the room was cozy, neat and well-appointed for its class, the front desk was responsive, spa and pool areas were very inviting, and continental breakfast was plentiful.

3. plenty of public transportation right outside the door, and the shuttle service was very liberal, taking guests to and from the subway, and area restaurants with a smile.
