1. The cleaning staff could do a slightly better job (grimy fingerprints on the doors and walls) and the soaps were that cheap, harsh stuff you'd find at a bargain-basement chain, but those are minor quibbles.

9. Needs better management at night shift or day probably as well, room not vacuumed, pull out dirty and no sheets, mattress pad or blanket for it was supposed to be 2 queens.
