1. There was an incident during the weekend with some rowdy guests one floor below, the Manager handled the whole thing rather graciously as well as professionally.

4. One of the nights, there was a domestic disturbance in the room next to me --very loud yelling at 11pm -- I called downstairs to report it, and a security person came up immediately and difused the situation in a very professional manner.

7. I normally deal with SALES office (Monique Stubbs-Hall) who in my opinion can run the HILTON by herself but on this stay I was able to interact with the front desk staff and they were absolutely wonderful and professional.

I stayed at the Hilton on March 5, 2011 and I must say I was really impressed not only did I stay at the Hilton but my wedding was held there that weekend as well and let me say I could not have asked for a more professional and wonderful experience especially with the staff from the food to every little minute detail cared for by Fontella Hicklin and her staff.
