1. Here are some details:- Check-in took about a minute- My room was clean and 'serviceable' - There wasn't a heavenly bed, but it was comfortable with plenty of decent pillows, and clean newish bed linens that stayed tucked in- The rooms could've used new wallpaper, but it wasn't terrible.

3. I did notice on my last day that centennial park, aquarium and the new coco-cola building where within walking distance of the hotel.

6. Room needed new carpet, some repairs to bathroom plaster, but it was clean and neat, the linens were fresh, the air conditioner did not have a mildew smell.
