1. Not fancy but decent and I had a nice view, location was good and price was reasonable for access to so much that downtown has to offer.

4. Here are some details:- Check-in took about a minute- My room was clean and 'serviceable' - There wasn't a heavenly bed, but it was comfortable with plenty of decent pillows, and clean newish bed linens that stayed tucked in- The rooms could've used new wallpaper, but it wasn't terrible.
