9. Upon arrival to the hotel, the lobby was nice and had a wonderful scent, once exiting the elevator all things changed.

10. Melia's buffet breakfast was fantastic, the balcony to the room very enjoyable, the pool was wonderful and everybody was friendly and helpfull in the best possible way.
