1. The hotel offers free wifi in room, however, I found it completely useless in terms of bandwidth, taking about 5 minutes to load up google on an iPad.

9. This hotle does not offer free parking in a garage for its guests, and valet service, which is $28/day, is meant to take 5-7 minutes, but each time I wanted to retrieve my car, it took 15 and 30 minutes respectively.
