1. I know - the fact that an inconsiderate jerk pulled a fire alarm is not within the control of the hotel staff - I just felt that the response to it and the inability to stop the alarm (and the announcement) was poorly handled.

2. ' What?? Maybe she thought I had checked out already and come to clean my room, but at 8:30 in the morning? And since I heard her knock on the next door and get a similar response, I can only assume there's a serious lack of communication between housekeeping and the front desk staff, who would presumably KNOW who had checked out and who was still there.

4. From the exemplary check-in staff (the person who made my experience exceptional was Andy Zirger) to the prompt response of other personnel at odd hours of the morning, staying at the Westin Buckhead on a weekly basis has been an absolute pleasure.

7. How does washing all those towels help save water? All said, they had a very slow response time to any requests or inquiries about services, paid for or requested, the entire weekend.
