1. On my final statement I was asked, 'Was your stay quietly energizing?' I have stayed at numerous Westin hotels over the years and have been very pleased at how much value I have found in the Westin brand and the committment to an enjoyable and comfortable hotel experience.

6. I asked for a turkey sandwich (billed as lettuce tomato, with lemon/basil aioli on a wrap)--please could you put it on wheat toast and omit the aioli? My sandwich, however, arrived smothered in gooey cheese (? the cheese was not a menu item, so how did it end up on my sandwich?) and in a wrap rather than the wheat toast I had requested.

7. please note--we generally have ordered room service in many equivalently priced hotels, and usually are able to find a very decent snack which appeals to our health-consciousness.
