1. The location and lack of room service (dining) is a turn-off, but - overall - I had a pleasant experience for an appropriate price ('it is what it is').

10. The only drawback for me was the walk to public transport wasn't pleasant, really difficult with luggage, but that's not so much the hotel's fault.
