3. If you have/had a reservation at this hotel after 8/16/2010 please take the time to make a formal complaint to Wyndham at their corporate site so they understand the way this situation was handled is not acceptable.

6. We never got a cart for allot of luggage and needed to go to the world congress center the next morning, no one was aware of what events were going on accept for what the hotel was immediately involved with.
