1. hotel has a great facelift on the renovations, rooms are clean and fresh, lobby is nice, housekeeping does a great job, a little bettter on the customer service but other wise its ok, one thing the parking is a walk from the hotel, its a lil hassle carrying luggage when u get there and have to walk from the parking lot which is not next to the hotel.

' Okay, #1: I left my room that day by 1pm at the latest and DID NOT leave a do-not-disturb sign on the door though I did have one on the knob WHILE I was in the room; #2 there was no announcement or notification the previous day letting guests know that the rooms would only be cleaned during morning hours or not at all.

5. I called the front desk and was basically reprimanded because 'the staff left early because of the holiday and if you left a 'do not disturb' on your door they couldn't clean your room.
