1. The table centerpieces were not out when we all arrived -banquet manager didn't even know we had centerpieces and then spent a decent amount of time looking for them as they were locked up in an office (which they hotel knew about a head of time since it was their idea to store them there).

3. We enjoyed the 4-poster canopy bed, decent meals at the three on-site restaurants, and the HOT (not warm, but honest-to-goodness bathwater hot) swimming pool.
