5. Staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and generally fine, but the door chains and lighting switch plates were loose on their fasteners to the walls, which gave us a sense of uneasiness (especially the door chains), a lack of confidence in the maintenance and security of the building.

6. Not the most kid friendly (though not unfriendly) as it is geared towards business meetings and adults, however it's only a few blocks from subway, nice shopping and restaurants.
