1. The location was absolutely perfect, and what the DoubleTree provided - clean ample rooms, great breakfast, ease in and out of the Airport subway -- we could not have asked for better.

5. Staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and generally fine, but the door chains and lighting switch plates were loose on their fasteners to the walls, which gave us a sense of uneasiness (especially the door chains), a lack of confidence in the maintenance and security of the building.
