Among the things that could use work: only one of three elevators worked which resulted in back ups in the lobby; I had to call for more linens and toilet paper because the room was not stocked; the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, the floor we were on was smokey in the hall way; huge waits at the valet because only one person was working (even with calling ahead for the car); and most importantly the staff acted like they just couldn't be bothered- definitely not what you expect from the Hilton chain.
