1. The hotel is located up a fairly steep hill and is a little way out of the main city but this was no issue for us as we were happy to walk.

Our first room was clean and comfortable but there was quite a bit of noise from air conditioning units outside so we asked to move and it was no trouble at all and we were shown several other rooms before we chose the one we were happy with at the back of the hotel overlooking a terrace and a view of Washington.

3. Concierge has never been at the desk in the 3 times we've sought help, pool is tiny, shower not working, tiny room, ice machines not functioning, staff, except for valet parkers and lifeguard, are not very happy.

6. Last time i stayed here, as a Hilton Honors member, i used the concierge service for the evening happy hour and also for breakfast.
