1. It will never be a brand new hotel, but it has most of the fluff that we need when we travel - free internet, good breakfast, free parking, and clean rooms.

4. While the hotel was newly refurbished the cable TV system did not work at all and no one at the hotel was able to fix it: so an important show was missed (which was 50% of the reason for staying at a hotel that night).

7. My room was moldy smelling and had view of back alley - the front desk called and told me for $10 more, I could have a newly remodeled room, like the one in the photo on the internet.
