2. hoped it would be better; it was basicaly clean but neede some maintenance like painting; the room was rather small for all that was in it; the furniture was adequate but cheap; the breakfast area was totally inadequate for the number of guests - needs to be enlarged, the serving area, the number of tables and their placement.
