2. Recently redone, the rooms are all good sized nd with a balcony or a small patio (though larger than normal) on the ground floor rooms.

6. Walls must be good because even though we were right above a parking lot(free), we were not awakened by the sounds of early risers' car engines.

7. The room was comfortable, the spa pool fairly close to our room was nice and hot so it was a good one night stay in a very nice town.

10. A good 10 minute walk from State Street is the only downside to this hotel but it is near the beach and harbour.
