8. i booked this hotel through their own website for travel in jan 2011 although i did think i had better confirm this booking as when i booked it did come up at 2 dollars per night howevever i did get email confirmation back confirming booking .

9. The woman who answered the phone was so rude--actually hung up on me so that I had to call a second time--that I told her I hoped her day and her mood got better and decided to make alternate plans for the weekend.

10. The hotel had all the amenities and service of a national name but better; it also had a cozy, homy feeling created by the staff, which I believe were family.
