1. The staff were very friendly and we were made very welcome by staff on the front desk especially one staff member who knew Australia and New Zealand extremely well.

10. To sum it up I felt they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed in this hotel and this is where I'm telling my friends to if they want to see San Francisco.
