1. In this case, I felt taken care of to a remarkable degree, without being made to feel like it was a problem when I had a minor complaint.

4. The only downfall was that the walls were so thin, the people partying next door kept me up until 3:30am when I finally called the front desk, who promptly took care of the problem.

6. Too bad the corporate office didn't care about the way the SFO hotel treats its guests.

7. And warning, do not complain to the hotel or the corporate office, they are very self-protecting and care little about the quality of the customers' experience.
