4. I also made it to Cabrillo National Park (20 minutes away from the resort?) to see Old Point Loma Lighthouse - it is positively gorgeous and has such a phenomal view - well worth the $5 or so it cost as entrance fee.

5. To make up for the lack of view the Town and Country has made their property an oasis of gorgeous landscaping.
