1. The course is beautiful so if your a golfer the Town and Country just got better.

You do feel a little nickle and dimed as they charge for wireless (which isn't the greatest as it ebbs and flows significantly) and the food was expensive for what you got (we quickly learned there were much better choices within an easy walk--Boudins--or trolley ride--gaslamp district with a myriad of eateries.

3. They have a very nice spa and an even better restaurant named Kellys that has wonderful steak.

4. The hotel internet in the Royal Palm Tower was not a strong signal (I was on the 9th floor) but better in the conference rooms.

8. They will need to work on training some of the staff teams to be more consistent and better at what they are doing and updating the rooms and decor.

10. I am not sure I'd say here again although I do plan to attend the same conference, I did check out a couple of the nearby(walking distance) hotels while I was there for future reference, they were not only cheaper but appeared to be much nicer, more updated, and offered better services.
