1. Our room was large and very clean, with a big bathroom, TV, and bed as well as a jacuzzi but, it was very cheesy looking with mirrors above the jacuzzi and one wall was entirely covered in mirrors.

9. Called the hotel and they said they will do an 'investigation' but who knows how big the infestation is? The stay was like that the whole time, my friend got a posh room since they didn't have the reserved room for her, but she was slammed with overdraft charges on her card because they 'held' $80 a day deposit, but failed to tell her that.
