2. everything was excellent/satisfactory, except: the lockbox was broken after a few uses, there was a hair under my pillow upon checking in, room was a little small (1 queen-sized bed with just enough room to walk around it), a bottle of something looked like it was missing from the mini-bar (hard to tell for sure).

It's sad to compare, but I stayed in Monaco last year and paid 170 a night @ the Marriot and the Reno Eldorado room was 209, hmmmm doesn't seem right as there is a cash cow in the lobby called gambling - whasup?Staff was nice except for in the coffee areas but everyone has to have an off day I suppose.

7. I would stay there again except I would know to make sure the room meets my expectations before dropping off the luggage and leaving for dinner without thoroughly checking it out.
