8. everything was excellent/satisfactory, except: the lockbox was broken after a few uses, there was a hair under my pillow upon checking in, room was a little small (1 queen-sized bed with just enough room to walk around it), a bottle of something looked like it was missing from the mini-bar (hard to tell for sure).
