1. The rooms are filthy dirty from being worn and in disrepair; the sheets appeared clean.

2. All in all it is a good place to work and keep costs down, I would recommend this suite hotel as basic, clean accommodations (with free internet and a laundry) for a very reasonable cost) I had a very happy stay here.

9. We had messages from previous guest's friends on our room phone, leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest, and the tub did not appear to have been cleaned (I refused to give my son a bath in it).
