1. The restaurant has a great view of the water, food was good, but the service was terrible (it took over 40 minutes to get served.

3. Despite a location hard by major river shipping lanes, railroads and a commuter bridge, it's pretty quiet, with clean, comfortable rooms and a very good bar/restaurant.
