We had a room that looked out onto the savanna, although we had only booked for a standard room, i do not think it is worth paying too much extra for a savannah view as their are plenty of opportunities to view the animals from around the hotel, plus we only spent a small amount of our awake time in our room.

9. Yes, there are plenty of places to view the animals from other spots within the hotel, but waking up and throwing open your balcony door to find some giraffes grazing right outside was REALLY AWESOME.
