7. Part of the reason for the 3/5 for my cleanliness rating for this resort was due to the fact that housekeeping turned over a room that had Coke sprayed all over the wall and ceiling.

8. We finally moved to another Disney hotel but I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and other issues of things that were broken (such as a microwave oven).

9. 30pm at night having not had to queue for hours as anyone left from the day cannot ride unless they have a resort card :)Overall, AKL has potential but little things like cleanliness, staff attitudes/customer service (the service of some of the staff, especially in Mara and concierge services) left A LOT to be desired.

10. cleanliness - We had a bit of an issue with this as we had to complain to the front desk about a 1/2 opened bottle of rancid milk that was left in the fridge from a previous occupant, blue shower gel was all over the soap dish in the shower when we arrived and was still there when we left.
