1. A bellhop with two empty carts returning to the contemporary refused to help my luggage burdened wife when she pleaded with him for two minutes of assistance, or even offer to call someone else.

5. So the easy trip by monorail or water taxi to all these resort restaurants (and perhaps more importantly with children, the quick ride home) helps make staying at the Bay Lake Tower a joy.

6. Finally, all the staff we came into contact with was wonderful, helpful and friendly: maintenance folks, the smiley life guards at the pools, boat drivers, monorail workers, hotel staff, everyone was lovely.

7. Disney's policy isn't to guarantee room requests, and this hotel really went above and beyond to help us, so I was really pleased, even if it did take a little longer.
