1. They took care of it right away and offered to move us to a different room.

2. The only other problems we had with the unit was the living room TV had fuzzy lower channels and the washer stopped working, but the front desk made sure these were taken care of.

3. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, their were some issues but the staff took care of those and the pluses far outweighed the minuses.

10. (SIDE NOTE -- a great thing about Disney in general is their handling of food allergies; all restaurants across Disney World Parks and Resorts where we had dining reservations were notified of my son's allergies and were incredibly careful with food preparation).
