The alternative hotel was reasonable, but it upset our schedule the next day because:a) We wanted to catch the 8:15am shuttle to WDW from CSMEb) In order to do this we had to grab breakfast at 7:30am at CSMEc) We had to leave CSMW at 6:45am to get to CSME for breakfastd) we had to get up at about 6am to get ready Having said this the customer service was pretty good, they paid for the morning taxi, allowed us to leave our bags behind reception, allowed us to have breakfast, and were generally quite professional about the whole mix-up.
