5. The rest of the stay was quiet except for July 3rd and it sounded like someone was being asked to leave but we only heard the protests as they walked by our room, not what ever the precipitating event was.

7. This was not an expensive hotel, but you get exceptional value for money and there is a large, free car park at the front.

You can see their website for all the 'details', but here's some extra: check in and out were quick and easy; best 'continental' breakfast I've ever had; great pool area was never crowded; every restaurant you could want (except for 'fine dining', and there may be some of those as well) is within walking distance; housekeeping was superb; rooms are large, beds a little firm for my taste; staff is friendly and helpful.
