1. i stayed at the sheraton in september 2008 for one night as my airline went bust ( XL airways) and i was stuck in orlando this was the only hotel with roomsthe staff were gr8 and the food was fab the room was out of this world loved it we were on the starwood suites floor upgraded free of charge just the way i like itTHE HOTEL WAS FAB AND THINKING OF BOOKING FOR 2010 ORLANDO VISIT.

2. I was treated like a queen from the moment I checked in, two hours late, and was over whelmed by the cleanliness of the rooms and comfort of the beds and other furnishings.

6. I can truly say we will never stay in a Sheraton again,yes the room was nice but when you don't feel like your welcome,or that your a valued guest all the fancy decorations don't make up for the snobbish and uncaring treatment given by the staff representing the Hotel.

7. Kids were running everywhere without shoes,jumping on furniture,riding the elevator like an amusement ride,up all hours of the night and early morning.

8. First and foremost, do not book this hotel if you are traveling to Orlando for the amusement parks and tourist stuff -- it is farther away then you will like and your kids will not be happy.
