1. We had purchased a vacation package through a time share and they made our reservations at the Hotel for us,never having stayed at a Sheraton our expections were high at the quailty of care we would be given it was a big disappointment to us and for three days it didn't improve.

2. We ususally stay on the Disney resorts, but booked too late, next time I will be more proactive and stay away from this dump, which sadly could be nice if they took the time to care.
