3. For Service, I couldn't give a perfect mark because our breakfast menu hangar wasn't collected overnight -- which was why we were glad to get fast response after calling in our order in the morning.

4. Minor criticisms: Rooms did not get a perfect score because the phones are a little glitchy, the lighting could have been better, and the closet was behind the bathroom door, and just a little difficult to get to.
