1. The placard on the bed said that linens (including the duvet and pillow covers) were laundered for each guest which is a beautiful practice that I hope spreads through the industry.

2. With the large trees with the spanish moss growing on them and the large beautiful homes you drove past to get to this tucked away hotel was an extra treat and made you feel like you were deep in the South and the mossy smells added to the nostalgia.
