2. I was able to do laps every day since no one really swam(it was cool but I love that--who the hell wants a warm pool??? The hot tube was okay ---I actually thought it wasn't hot enough but it was fine) Great location--two blocks from the beach --less noise at night.

4. AC was adequate with a low-med-high setting, but not that cool - I don't know how it would be in the summer but wondered if that system needed an upgrade.

5. The outdoor pool was colder than one would expect, but the cool water was great for doing lengths, and in fact very few people ventured out of the hot-tub into the pool itself.
