1. They were able to check us in early; having arrived at 2:30pm and flying six hours from new Hampshire this was very helpful.

6. Coming back to the Betsy after an evening spent on Ocean Drive surprised me every time as I would walk into the room and find the room looking fresh, the background music turned on and a new book mark placed next to the novel I was reading.
