3. One of the guys (Nick) also tried to close early on a few of the slower days by closing everyone's umbrellas allegedly due to the wind (which didn't affect any other umbrellas on the beach) and telling people around us how he had leave early to take care of personal business on one occasion.

4. When our group arrived after traveling from Italy, they took special care to make them comfortable and getting them into their restaurant.

The dual-head shower in the bathroom (no bathtub) is a poor design and there is no way to shower without soaking the bath mat (that does not arrive until the evening housekeeping visit) and surrounding floor and I was trying to be very careful (which does not make for a relaxing shower experience).

10. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and we felt very welcome, the front desk staff were fantastic and took care of any request without question, it was always 'no problem sir leave it with us' and they delivered everytime.
