5. customer service not too good they will charge you for parking $15 a day they will not clean your room on time they will charge you for anything they can most of the time there is one people at the front desk taking care of everthing go somwhere else if you want to be satisfied.

8. Breakfast is good (mini bagels, muffins, croissants, juice cereal and cofee) its free, so its very good.

9. this hotel is nice but its defently pay for wat you get the hotel was nice the pool was good and very close walking downtown its a good hotel if you are going to be out all day and just want sleep somewhere.

I guess some rooms must be better than others, and I think we must have got a good one; we had an iron, a hairdryer, fridge/freezer, TV etc, and we didn't have much problem with noise - we came for the WMC and it was Spring Break as well so there were quite a few college kids, but we had no trouble, and hey, it's MIAMI - party central.
