3. customer service not too good they will charge you for parking $15 a day they will not clean your room on time they will charge you for anything they can most of the time there is one people at the front desk taking care of everthing go somwhere else if you want to be satisfied.

4. Okay, it's a bit run down, but the lobby was pretty, our room was clean, the staff were friendly AND we got free coffee, toast and Philly for brekkie.

8. if the minimum is ok its ok ask for a lower floor elevators dont always work we were on the sixth floor its a great work out though the maids are really great our room was kept so clean we tipped her a couple dollars a day and she went more than an extra mile.

10. Here are the good points - the hotel is right on the beach and just a little north from South Beach, which we thought was a bonus; the staff were very nice and helpful and the place is clean.
