1. As well, I did not like having the Bellini restaurant staff always asking if we wanted to dine in their restaurant each time we entered and exited the hotel.

4. I also like the location, right on Ocean Drive, but a bit away from the noisy 'scene' and a very quick cab ride into downtown Miami.

5. This is my second time as a guest at The Bentley Hotel and, while it would have been good CRM if I had been recognized as a returning guest, I like this hotel for its cleanliness, the size of its rooms/suites and, with one exception, the front desk staff.
