5. I did not expect an upgrade, even within the junior suite category and I didn't receive one, though with the property clearly not fully booked, it would have been good business to offer a better room.

6. This is my second time as a guest at The Bentley Hotel and, while it would have been good CRM if I had been recognized as a returning guest, I like this hotel for its cleanliness, the size of its rooms/suites and, with one exception, the front desk staff.
