1. The rooms had their pros: nice colors, bathroom was nicely updated, TV worked, not too loud outside, and it was close to the beach.

2. Thought nice enough hotel, central location by 11th street and close to ocean drive and the beach, the female check-in staff with the glasses was very rude, sure others have made the same comment, they should get rid of her.

5. Several things were wrong- sheets were a little dirty, cold shower, phone wasn't working- but when we complained nicely, all was fixed pretty fast and we even got upgraded to a 'suite'.
